Can the work happen outside business hours?
We discuss access, lighting, traffic and your preferred window during the walkthrough. The agreed service window is included in your proposal.
Where does the collected litter go?
Onsite disposal must be authorized in advance. Your proposal identifies the approved location and materials. We do not assume access to a property’s dumpster.
Do you offer line painting or pressure washing?
Our services focus on ordinary litter pickup and parking-lot weed removal. Line painting, pressure washing, repairs and specialized waste removal are not included.
Is there a standard monthly price?
Each property is quoted after its scope and frequency are assessed. A small lot with light litter and a busy multi-tenant center need different plans.
